Whats up, I’m Adam and I am an Intern Architect in South Louisiana and I love anything and everything about “Green” building. Unfortunately, down south is one of the hardest places to actually build “green” buildings and houses.
I am not a “Tree Huggin Hippie” which some people always seem to assume if you are actually environmentally consious. Now don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against these type of people, I just dont like being confused with them as people tend to not take me as serious.
One thing I have found is that people (including me) generally will not do their part to save the environment unless it is conveniant and/or cheap. This is why hybrid cars, green building and solar energy have not caught on to the “main stream” yet.
